Project 10: A Stunning Bathroom and Kitchen Transformation at Blue Island Villa

A hidden gem, Blue Island Villa (formerly Villa Paradiso), has undergone a major renovation project that has transformed its 7 bathrooms and both kitchens into modern and luxurious spaces. The renovation was a collaboration between the owners and TTHI, a leading design and renovation company, to bring the owners’ vision of a dream finish to life.

The master bathroom is the highlight of the renovation, featuring an oversized shower with porcelain marble-look tiles from floor to ceiling, a rainforest shower head, a corner-to-corner quartz wall niche, and a shower bench. The bath floor boasts 24″ x 12″ porcelain marble look tiles, adding to the spacious and sophisticated design. The master bathroom also includes a stand-alone tub, water closet with a toilet bowl and bidet, and a double sink.

The guest bathrooms also received a makeover, with porcelain tiles laid in unique patterns and finished with frameless fixed Shower glass panels. The result is a modern and spacious look that blends seamlessly with the Tropical theme of the villa.

The kitchens were also given a complete overhaul, with the removal of outdated backsplashes and the installation of modern tiles. The existing kitchen cabinets were adjusted to accommodate a farmhouse-style sink setup and cabinets were resprayed for a fresh and updated look.

The transformation of Blue Island Villa didn’t stop at the bathrooms and kitchens. The interior walls, ceilings, and doors were refinished with fresh paint, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the villa.

The renovation project was completed on time, and the owners were thrilled with the results. Blue Island Villa is now ready to welcome vacation rental guests, who can enjoy the luxurious updates and modern conveniences in a peaceful and serene Mediterranean setting.

The pressure-treated lumber is a durable and cost-effective material that is resistant to rot, decay, and insect damage, making it a great choice for outdoor structures. The pickled finish adds a light, natural look that will blend seamlessly with any backyard landscaping.

The gazebo, which was made of pressure-treated lumber Louvered windows, had seen better days due to the extreme salt conditions of the coastal environment. The wooden surfaces were sanded of old failed materials, cleaned, conditioned, and then stained to the desired color selected by the client. The new color not only refreshed the gazebo but also protected it from the harsh coastal elements.
