Project 3: Transformation of a Private Villa’s Beachfront Gazebo
The gazebo, which was made of pressure-treated lumber Louvered windows, had seen better days due to the extreme salt conditions of the coastal environment. The wooden surfaces were sanded of old failed materials, cleaned, conditioned, and then stained to the desired color selected by the client. The new color not only refreshed the gazebo but also protected it from the harsh coastal elements.
New stainless steel hinges, which were designed to withstand the salty coastal environment and to ensure the longevity of the gazebo were installed. These new hinges were corrosion-resistant and gave the gazebo a sleek and modern look.
A fresh coat of paint was applied to the masonry walls. This provided a clean and polished look to the gazebo, making it look like new. The paint also protected the gazebo from the elements and ensured that it would remain looking great for many years to come.
Overall, the project was a success, and the private villa’s beachfront gazebo was transformed into a beautiful and functional outdoor space that the client can enjoy for years to come. The work was completed on time and within budget, and the gazebo is now a focal point of the property, adding value to the space.
